Worked there, once I got ill gave many doctors notes and they fought me so hard to get a steady schedule for doctor appointments. Once they would not do that for me more doctor notes to prove I was still Ill they gave me time off. Keep telling them I was sick and got patronizing responses. My mangers and co-workers tho where amazing. Only thing I miss from the job.

I have worked at Convergys for 8+ Years now and have been given many opportunities to grow, or climb the corporate ladder. I started as an agent, quickly moving to a senior rep, into a associate trainer and ultimately a team leader. Convergys is a great place to work. I love it!! Great people, great atmosphere, etc.. 5 stars in my book!!

They are reliable and responsible, our customers are in good care with them.

This is the best call centre that I ever had the privilege of dealing with. World class service, little to no waiting time, and extremely friendly and polite staff! Would definitely recommend this service to any company as I am greatly pleased with their amazing work. 10/10!

Worst interview experience ever. Took interview in 5 minutes instead of scheduled 30 minutes without explaining anything about position and company. Totally unprofessional behaviour.

Professional and dedicated to their work, the whole team have maintained their company values to keep their customer happy and satisfied.

This isn't a place I have worked, but I have family and friends that work there and the stories I hear about how the place is run, the rules, the treatment of the employees. The pay is good, but I don't think I would recommend the place to anyone looking for a job. Hopefully this is just a series of bad events and not how the company operates normally.

The first women to answer my phone call was ignorant and rude, I’m disgusted by the way they speak to people even if there is cooperations from the third party, I was not rude whatsoever but when I asked to speak to Cynthia about my file she demanded an extension number I didn't have because it was never given to me even though I asked for it three times on previous phone calls, absolutely disgusting way of speaking to someone trying to cooperate and send the final payment, rude and disrespectful towards anyone asking questions. And refusal to send me a hard copy on paper, saying it’s just as good, I really hope you people learn some manners and learn how to not be rude
